Hello! We are Moonfruits, an art-folk bilingue group from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
This upcoming February, we're heading into the studio to record our second full length album, Salt. It is an exploration of home, family, cycles of life and death. We'll be creating alongside award-winning producers Olivier & Charles Fairfield at nCode Studio and are very excited to work with a suite of pals to add double bass, percussion, woodwinds and even choir to some of the tracks.
We are honoured to already have the support of FACTOR and The City of Ottawa in our recording endeavour. We’d like to ask you to invest in making this album with us to see our full vision bloom.

Bonjour! On est Moonfruits, un groupe d’art-folk bilingue d’Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
En février, on retourne au studio pour enregistrer notre deuxième LP, Salt. Celui-ci se verra une exploration du chez-soi, de la famille, et des cycles de vie et mort. On aura le grand plaisir de créer aux côtés des réalisateurs chevronnés Olivier et Charles Fairfield au nCode Studio avec un entourage d’ami.e.s qui y rajouteront contrebasse, percussion, vents et même de la chorale sur certaines pistes.
On est honoré de l’appui qu’on a déjà reçu de FACTOR et de la Ville d’Ottawa dans ce projet. Pour voir fleurir notre pleine vision pour cet album, cependant, on aimerait vous demander votre appui.

What’s a Moongoon?
An enthusiastic supporter of Moonfruits. Some of our first fans coined this term to cheekily refer to themselves. There was a brief contretemps between ‘Moonheads’ and ‘Moongoons’. The latter was ultimately adopted and so we tip our hat to those intrepid first fans, now!
* What if I order two or more items that come with an album download?
You will receive one album download on launch day. If you want to receive additional downloads, make separate orders (with separate email addresses) and we’ll send one with each.
